Returns

Our return policy lasts until 7 days after you have received your order.

The items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We accept returns if the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Shipping

Shipping in India at The White Moss is free. All new orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours.

Return Shipping - We offer free return shipping to our customers in India.

Most of the times, our courier partners will do the return pickup.

At certain pin codes in India, where our courier partners do not do reverse pickup, we have to ask customers to ship the products to us. Any courier fees incurred by customers is redeemed as store credits.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returns, we will apply an equivalent amount of store credits to your account. Store credits can be used for a future purchase.

Under no circumstances shall we be able to process a cash/bank refund.
