We offer free shipping for all orders and strive to ship them within 24 hours of receiving the order. Normally, the orders arrive within 1-3 days. However, for North East and J & K orders, please allow up to 6-8 days. For international shipping, please write to us at email@example.com.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a flexible and customer-friendly return policy. If you wish to return or exchange the product, please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the product. We welcome exchanges in the following scenarios:
- If you receive a wrong product
- If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received product
- If the product is received in a damaged condition
If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, we will refund the amount of the product, deducting the partial cost of freight & packing based on the invoice value as follows:
- 0.00 - Rs. 999 - Rs. 150
- 1000 - Rs. 2999 - Rs. 350
- 3000 - Rs. 9999 - Rs. 500
- 10000 and above – 10% of order value
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER AND AVAILABILITY
We process orders from our warehouse in Gurugram from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We try to process every order as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed on the same or following working day of order placement and receipt of payment. However, during heavy sales periods, processing may take up to 3 working days. Processing times are provided as a guide only. If any of the items in your order are not available, we will notify you via email or phone to confirm how you would like to proceed. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if our products are not available at a given point in time.
We deliver to major cities within 1-3 working days. However, more remote interstate locations may experience a longer delivery timeframe. Delivery times are provided as a guide only and do not take into account possible delay caused by payment authorization or reliance on external freight services. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with our courier provider. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will be left a card, and your parcel will be taken to your local Couriers depot.
