We have a flexible and customer-friendly return policy. If you wish to return or exchange the product, please mail us at hello@thewhitemoss.com within 3 days of receiving the product. We welcome exchanges in the following scenarios:

• If you receive a wrong product
• If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received product
• If the product is received in a damaged condition
